For me fitness is more than just looking good. It's about feeling good, releasing stress and keeping our bodies mobile and supple so that we can live each day to the maximum - always! I like to think of the aesthetics as more of a by-product of doing the simple things right, day after day. I prefer a Holistic approach to training, feeding the body & mind with everything it needs to perform. I look to educate my clients to achieve this through a combination of exercise, meditation, stretching and a healthy eating mindset. There is so much information out there nowadays, which is why, much like my website, I like to keep things simple. I use my background experience in Martial arts as well as my thorough knowledge of fitness to create the perfect stress relieving workout that leaves you feeling refreshed, positive and energized.
Having worked as a professional actor in the action genre for many years, keeping my body in top shape is not just a priority, but a must. Fitness has always been an obsession for me, ever since I took my first Karate class aged just 3. I hold a level 3 CYQ Personal Trainer certificate in the UK, along with qualifications in Nutrition, Advanced Sports Nutrition and Kettlebells. I have trained actors to prepare for upcoming movies, Company Execs on tight schedules, Moms, sportspeople - you name it.
What makes a perfect routine? I believe that it is a mix of disciplines, which is why I recommend my clients work with me two to three times a week, and use the other days for other activities such as Yoga, Pilates, Qigong, Hiking, Surfing etc creating a perfect balance of fitness. We all want to be tying our own shoelaces when we're in our 80's... right? It's all about the long haul, finding a routine that is sustainable, not one that becomes a chore that you dread after a few months. 12 week plans are all the rage, but why not make that a lifelong plan instead.
Partner Training: Need some extra motivation? Need to be held accountable? Or just looking for something to do with your friends or your partner? I also offer partner training. Training with a buddy or spouse can be fun and rewarding so why not give it a go!

It gives you an unrivaled ability to burn fat, whilst simultaneously cleansing our minds of our weekly stress. Never boxed before? Leave your worries at the door, you don't need to be an expert to expect serious benefits. In fact, you don't need any experience at all as I will break down every move and always work to your level, making it a fun workout from start to finish.
With over 30 years experience in various martial arts and a double black belt to boot, I will help you perfect that form in order to avoid injuries, as well as giving you a perfect balanced workout. Good for your body, great for your mind.
Don't worry, I won't forget about those legs and bums either, this is a full body routine.
FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY
Every session includes a Flexibility & Mobility section. For me this is an often overlooked part of the workout as people search for quick gains and shorter workout times. But having experienced first hand what neglecting your mobility can do, I would argue that this is the only section of a workout plan that you should NEVER miss!
I incorporate a core section that will work along with your spine, not damage it. I think everybody should be enjoying life to the full at 80, just as they were at 20... so lets keep that body moving fluidly as nature intended it.
